The Bear and Fats
What Do You Mean AVOID No-Fat Foods?
A lot of people eat the low-fat/fat free variety of salad dressings, peanut butter, mayonnaise, and snack foods and assume this is the healthy way to go. Our philosophy is you should eat the real fat. Why? Because if you eat in moderation, real fat is better than fat free or low fat foods which are usually filled with additives and food chemicals and added sugar to help replace the missing flavor of fat.
